MPA3 Version 2.0 to Launch With New Features

LOS ANGELES - Mansion Productions will launch version 2.0 of its back-end affiliate-program software MPA3 in late December.

Among the new version's features are a template engine using XML and XSL, statistical charts, added billing processors, an integrated join-page-setup section and added payout levels.

"We have now completed a brand-new version of our MPA3 that we have been working on for the past three years," company CEO Oystein Wright told AVN Online on Wednesday. "We have done a massive rewrite of the entire source code to make it more efficient and easier to use. .... It's a whole new look and feel. It is much easier to navigate.

"There is also a range of Flash graphs to make it easier for program owners and affiliates to check their trends in a program. ... We just beefed it up tremendously."

The integrated join-page-setup section allows program administrators to define which tours and products should show on the join page.

Version 2.0 also has an "other payouts" option allowing administrators to add bonuses to webmasters' payout reports. The "added payout levels" feature allows different payouts to be defined according to the number of sales made in a bonus structure.

Mansion Productions said there is an unlimited number of programs covering all possible combinations of site, webmaster, tour, console and subscription. The new version of MPA3 also allows definition of members' areas and access according to subscription level.

Additionally, the program now features membership discounts for CCBill, Epoch and any gateway processor.

The software can be used in an unlimited number of languages at the same time, Mansion Productions said.
