LiveCamNetwork, a recent winner of the 2006 BAA Best Webcam Site award, today announced the addition of a fourth in the site’s “Girl-A-Thong” live-chat hostess party series to be aired this Friday at 9 p.m.
Scheduled to be webcast to new and old members, the Girl-A-Thong is “a triumph of technology,” says Prince, owner of Girl-A-Thong site platform 2Much.net. “Not only because we have the two-screen video covering 20 cam girls in action, but also the fact that the chat room can hold so many visitors and not mess up the video, which is smooth and in synch throughout.”
Dubbed “silly time” by the folks at 2Much, Girl-A-Thong is an adult-oriented show featuring several porn starlets interacting and “mingling” with each other during a live show. Prince says broadcasting the show to such a vast audience represents a bit of a technical challenge for the techs at LiveCamNetwork.
“We like to push the limits,” Prince says. “Thanks to the servers we’ve installed to bolster the live high-definition video streams, the double-screens for the Girl-A-Thong run even better—and they can hold more surfer traffic at the same time.”
Originally offered as a one-time-only event, Girl-A-Thong proved so popular with LiveCamNetwork members and non-members during its initial broadcast that it quickly was resuscitated with new features and since has become a popular series that just keeps getting better, says Prince.
“The other Girl-A-Thongs were great, great fun and wild, but this one promises to be insanely better,” he enthuses. “I mean, these girls can party.”
The show also represents a boon for affiliates as well. “Affiliates usually report sales spiking during Girl-A-Thong,” Prince claims. “And, referrals return at a much higher rate than usual, because Girl-A-Thong leaves such a good, fun impression of these fantastic chat chicks.”
Girl-A-Thong will air Friday, Oct. 20 at 9 p.m. EST.
