Kink has announced the addition of high-definition live shows to its website. The first show debuted two weeks ago on its newest site, DeviceBondage. On Friday, April 6, Kink will launch its next live feature on its premier site, Hogtied. The show begins at 5:30 p.m. PST.
With hi-def media at the forefront of video technology, live streaming in hi-def remains a relatively untouched area, as highlighted by a recent CNET article. The article cites Kink as among the first to offer high-resolution streaming videos, while companies like CNN and Fox News still display small, streamed videos.
"This live show gives members a chance to see a real BDSM show as it happens in live time—no editing, no cuts. Members see the interaction as it happens between Rigger and model, with nothing left out," said Matt Williams, director for Hogtied. "Members also get to chat with the model, before and after the event, as well as suggest their favorite bondage position and action—which we do our best to accommodate. It’s an interactive bondage experience you’ll find nowhere else."
Under the helm of Williams for the past four years, Hogtied was launched 10 years ago as Kink’s first site and features the world of BDSM through all-original bondage content that is updated weekly.
