SANTA CLARA, Calif. - Hosting provider Jupiter Hosting Inc. today announced a unique summer promotion, with special savings targeted at both new and existing customers.
New customers who initiate a new contract for hosting services with Jupiter Hosting by May 31 will receive bandwidth in June, July, and August for 1 cent per megabit under the "Penny Per Megabit Promotion," resulting in substantial savings. This is in conjunction with Jupiter Hosting's "Meet-or-Beat" pricing promotion, wherein Jupiter Hosting offers to meet or beat existing contracted pricing at competing managed-hosting providers.
Existing customers also will have the opportunity to save, the company said. The amount of aggregate bandwidth used by a customer in May will be doubled, and bandwidth used over the May aggregate bandwidth usage will be billed at only 1 cent per Mbp under the "Twice-as-Nice at The Same Price" promotion. This means customers have twice as much bandwidth at their disposal in the summer months, based on May usage, for no significant increase in cost. This allows current customers to launch new advertising and traffic campaigns that they would have otherwise not have budgeted for.
Industry experts recommend that Internet businesses slash overhead costs to compensate for a possible summer slump, and Jupiter Hosting's Slowdown Promotion will help clients do just that, the company stated.
