SAN DIEGO - Naughty America has appointed Joe Johnson as its new director of affiliates.
"I am very excited to be a part of the Naughty America affiliate team," Johnson said in a GFY post Wednesday. "From its humble beginnings to where it is today, Naughty America has grown into a front runner with its unique and playfully sexy content."
Johnson feels that his background in sales and customer service will aid affiliates in a lengthy, profitable relationship with Naughty America.
"This will be a relationship that affiliates can rely on and trust," he said.
Naughty America has some significant changes on the horizon that will help build a future full of stable growth.
"We plan to build that future using familiar, trusted programs, that have become industry standards, for accurately tracking affiliate sales," Johnson said.
Among the changes, Naughty America will be switching to the NATS affiliate solution, as well as discontinuing the pay per sign-up model and moving to revshare. The company also plans to eliminate ePassporte as a payment option and offer checks for U.S. and Canadian affiliates, as well as wire transfers for international affiliates. All wire costs and international shipping will be absorbed by the affiliate.
"As the director of affiliates for Naughty America, I believe these changes will bring us back to the industry standard in affiliate relations," Johnson said. "I hold myself responsible and accountable for the growth in sales for our collaborative companies because I know the affiliates come first."
Naughty America offers all the expected affiliate tools through innovative platforms, including weekly FHGs, banners, direct model linking and custom affiliate templates; as well as tube clips, iFrames, direct model sites, and soon to come, fully dynamic Flash embeds. Naughty America always takes the time to customize and personalize affiliate tools to help conversions.
