SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - WTMS Inc., owner of Max Cash, announced on Wednesday that J$TYLE$ is the new vice president of the affiliate program.
Negotiations for J$TYLE$ to join the content side of the company took place over the past two months.
"One thing led to another, and we started talking about the business and how it has evolved today," J$TYLE$ told AVN Online. "We seem to agree on a lot of things. They made me an offer I could not refuse, back in the affiliate pay site business. My roots were firmly planted in this type of business. I felt like I needed some new challenges, and this situation fell in my lap."
A well-known veteran of the adult Internet industry with experience and contacts dating back to 1996, J$STYLE$ had his first notable position as director of sales and marketing for the Internet Entertainment Group, which originally published Pam Anderson and Tommy Lee's sex tape. He went on to serve as president of Cybererotica for two years before launching several companies of his own.
J$TYLE$ shook up the content
business in 2003 with the industry's first-ever "content blowout," and in 2004,
he launched TheContentStore.com, which he still owns and operates.
"J$TYLE$ has a wealth of industry knowledge and an energy about him that
is no less than contagious," said Alyssa Smythe, vice president of operations
