ATLANTA - Organizers of the Atlanta Forum have announced that rooms at the official show hotel, the W - Perimeter Center, will go on sale at 2 p.m. EDT (11 a.m. PDT) on Tuesday.
"We are expecting the rooms in the show hotel to sell out pretty quick," Atlanta Forum CEO Tony Morgan said. "Based on the amount of calls we are already getting, the number of sponsors that are lining up and the fact that our sister show, The Phoenix Forum, saw their rooms disappear in less than an hour at the spring show, we are anticipating a quick sellout."
Additional hotels are being negotiated, Morgan said.
"While they will be somewhat close to the event," he said, "they will not be the same caliber of the W, and we will certainly not be able to get the same pricing considerations we did for taking over an entire property."
The W - Perimeter Center has set up a registration website for Atlanta Forum attendees. The link will be posted at the Atlanta Forum website as soon as the room block has been opened.
A phone number will be posted at the Atlanta Forum website for those who would rather make reservations over the phone.
The Atlanta Forum will be held Sept. 18-20 at the W - Perimeter Center.
