VANCOUVER, Canada—HoloFilm Productions, the virtual reality studio that debuted last year, is bolstering its library of erotic content for the new site HoloGirlsVR.com with its third all-star porn shoot. Consumers got acquainted with the new site at the recent AVN Adult Entertainment Expo, where HoloGirlsVR was an exhibitor (pictured).
Joining the group of HoloGirls that already includes last year’s AVN Performer of the Year and Best New Starlet, this shoot will include this year’s top award winners. AVN co-hostesses Joanna Angel and Anikka Albrite, AVN Female Performer of the Year Riley Reid and AVN Best New Starlet Abella Danger are all on board.
But that's not all. This all-star VR extravaganza will feature Dani Daniels, Melissa Moore, Jodi Taylor, Lea Lexis, Aubrey Gold, Karmen Karma, Yhivi, A.J. Applegate, Romi Rain, Dana Vespoli, Anna DeVille, Valentina Nappi, Cherie DeVille, Lily Lane, Nina Elle, Sarah Jessie, Leigh Raven, Nikki Hearts, Axis Evol, Harlow Harrison, Raven Bay, Katrina Jade, Nadia Styles, Daisy Ducati and Charlotte Sartre. They'll participate in the five-day shoot alongside male stars Manuel Ferrara, Prince Yashua, Tommy Pistol, Jon Jon, Jean Val Jean, Charles Dera, Mick Blue, Small Hands and Jessy Jones.
“HoloGirlsVR is ushering in the most sophisticated era of porn yet,” said Brian Shuster, founder of Holofilm Productions and CEO of VR adult community Red Light Center. "Although it is very early in the timeline for virtual reality products, the erotic experiences that we’re capturing and delivering to consumers is unlike any porn content they’ve ever seen. We’re far ahead of any other production company in terms of the kinds of experiences and scenes were shooting and the caliber of performers that we’re capturing."
The company reports that HoloGirlsVR is the only site—adult or not—that is capturing VR scenes with a proprietary technololgy, NoSick™, that prevents viewers from becoming nauseous from the VR experience. The scenes are fully immersive and shot in a variety of formats, ranging from 220 degrees to 360 degrees.
"We think about each scene and how we want the viewer to participate," Shuster continued. “That means the cameras and the performers are all situated in a way that will allow the scene to be watched in a comfortable position—with no need for the viewer to have to crane or strain to see what’s happening. That’s one of the key things that’s been lacking in VR porn to date—consideration for the comfort of the person who’s ultimately going to be experiencing the scene. That’s important if you want people to enjoy these amazing erotic experiences every day.”
