SUNNYVALE, Calif.—FriendFinder Networks has announced that its latest web-based game, Clans of NeoEarth, is now available on Facebook in a beta version, with a general release scheduled for month's end.
"Clans of NeoEarth is an action-packed combat simulation and city builder game already gaining popularity with gamers having more than 4,000 'likes' and 6,000 active players on its Facebook fan page," the company said.
"Clans of NeoEarth is set in a world where ancient dinosaurs evolved and coexist alongside humans," the announcement continued. "Players assume the role of a 'clan leader,' commanding a tribe of humans and work towards the goal of growing their clan by participating in hundreds of quests, advanced strategic player vs. player encounters and solo battles against the dinosaur foes."
The game was developed by Playtime Gaming Inc., whose chief executive, Anthony L. Previte, is also the current CEO of FriendFinder Networks. Playtime has developed several other web and app games, including Foodie Feeder Pro, Jenna Jasmine Psychic Detective and Mystic Amusement Park HD, to name a few.
