Harmik Gharapetian has stepped into the role of vice president of sales at third-party transaction-processing company Epoch.
An industry veteran, Gharapetian joined the Epoch team in February 1999 shortly after Epoch became one of the largest Internet payment service providers (IPSPs) working with the adult entertainment industry. He was instrumental in developing Epoch’s customer service call center into a 24/7/365 facility with state-of-the-art phone systems, multi-lingual account representatives, and a “no waiting” policy. Today the company’s call center boasts a 15-second response time to more than 99 percent of inbound calls.
In his new role, Gharapetian will direct Epoch's sales division. Clients and potential clients can meet him in person at the Island Gathering Oct. 12-16.
