LUXEMBOURG—Docler Holding, the Luxembourg-based media company whose portfolio includes live cam giant Jasmin, has announced a major change in management. Laszlo Czero (pictured, left), who gave the Internext keynote address in January, has resigned as CEO after two years at that position, replaced by Docler co-founder Karoly Papp (pictured, right).
"When we arrived in Luxembourg there are two years old, my mission was to establish the company and fully integrated into the ecosystem of business Luxembourg," said Czero. "We started with just two people and have grown rapidly with about 200 employees this year. The company has been very active in the local market and I think we achieved our initial objectives. The time has come for me to leave my position as CEO and pass the reins to Karoly Papp."
Papp commented, "My first goal is to strengthen the company and its Luxembourg structure, notably by hiring highly qualified people."
Despite these changes, Jasmin continues to expand its operations with the recent launch of Jasmin TV.
