BRNO, Czech Republic—Friday the 13th might seem like an inauspicious day for a party, but it was a lucky one for the attendees at last week’s second-anniversary bash for DirectChat.tv, a growing live-cam company. Company representatives were pleased by both the turnout and the industry support for the event.
Held at the “Voyeur Villa” in Brno, Czech Republic, on April 13, the industry party featured an open bar, a sponsored buffet, and live entertainment that included a lesbian performance by two models as well as a male stripper to please the female attendees.
Guests also enjoyed guided tours and a look behind the scenes at the villa, which is a live cam house operated by DirectChat.tv.
More than 60 adult industry professionals, both local and from abroad, converged on Brno. Guests arrived from around the continent, including Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Italy, Holland, Belgium and Slovakia.
The Czech Republic’s second biggest city, Brno has developed a thriving adult industry and become a hot spot on the European porn scene, fueled by a pool of talent available for cam and video content production as well as its convenient location in the middle of Europe.
SZNY, the founder and originator of www.DirectChat.tv, moved to Brno from Holland in late 2009 to establish the voyeur house using local cam models. The entrepreneur turned his eight years of experience in the business toward creating an innovative live cam platform with advanced social media features.
Immediately after the second-anniversary party was announced, its proportions began to grow in response to interest from industry professionals, including company owners, representatives and affiliate. The city of Brno has developed a reputation among business travelers for being an affordable and exciting party town, especially after two international webmaster meetings that took place there in the fall of 2010 and 2011.
The event, starting at 8 p.m. with a welcome drink, offered informal networking opportunities and a way to reconnect with old friends and make new connections. More important, it was a fun and relaxed evening, enhanced by the presence of the site’s cam girls as well as local porn stars and promo models, provided by DirectChat.tv talent management partner ErotikModels.
As the small anniversary party morphed into a true industry bash, these attending sponsors contributed promo models and platinum sponsorship packages: AdultSexContent, PayServe, Corazon Gruppe, EroAdvertising and DatingFactory.
One of the party attendees was selected as a winner of a free ticket to the Eurowebtainment show in Mallorca, taking place May 23-26. Gold Sponsors are Unitec Media and PornXNCash.
