Web award winner of best Asian-themed site for the past two years, has announced a company restructuring.
Effective immediately, Daniel Kaufman, aka Danny Z, has assumed full control and complete ownership of Panorama Pacific Ltd. and its subsidiaries. The transition takes place after longtime business partner and former CEO Craig Jackson sold his stake in the company to CFO Kaufman for an undisclosed amount.
"CJ and I made the joint and amicable decision it was time for us to move in separate directions," Danny Z told AVN Online. "During our five years of successful operations, CJ and I have evolved, leaving both of us yearning for independent paths. I, of course, wish CJ the very best of success as he pursues his new goals."
Danny Z explained that his plans are to expand on the successful business model he and CJ built, while venturing into new territories within the industry.
"After five years as CEO of zBUCKz, I felt that it was time to move on to new challenges," CJ told AVN Online. "It has been a wonderful experience to be part of zBUCKz since its inception, to see the sites grow and receive numerous awards and become recognized as leaders in their niche."
Danny reaffirmed the company's dedication to providing top quality products and service to its customers. He also stressed zBUCKz will continue to deliver the best support and tools for affiliates wishing to promote the company's suite of adult entertainment venues.
"Top-notch affiliate support and tools, customer service satisfaction and producing unique, exclusive and high quality products in the adult industry will remain the top priority for zBUCKz," he said.
Panorama Pacific Ltd. has entered into several new ventures over the past year, including formation of the Boykakke Films Gay Asian DVD line, and the release of three new paysites in collaboration with top bareback studio Hot Desert Knights. Additionally, zBUCKz has alluded to several big announcements coming in the next few weeks regarding more joint ventures.
