Content Junky Inc. announced separate agreements with Cinema Caster Inc. and American Xcess. Both deal with content sourcing and delivery.
“I’m thrilled about the opportunity to strategically align my company with Cinema Caster,” said Content Junky President Tim Cooper. “Not only is this a great joint venture for both Content Junky and Cinema Caster, [but] it is also an invaluable asset for the studios Content Junky represents.”
For Content Junky, the Cinema Caster deal combines Cinema Caster’s Content Aggregation Network (enabling online delivery of adult content) with Content Junky’s adult content sourcing. The alliance will facilitate the downloading of porn to iPods, PlayStation Portables, and other mobile and portable devices.
“By combining forces with Content Junky, it is now possible to offer their huge source of great adult content to customers of emerging markets, such as the iPod, that are hungry for it,” said Cinema Caster Media Vice President Jim Greer. “Cinema Caster has an extensive infrastructure and proprietary know-how to prepare, host, and deliver huge volumes of video content over the Internet.”
As for American Xcess, General Manager Harry Jose said the deal “really puts [American Xcess] at the forefront of international sales of high-quality erotica.”
“We are delighted with our new affiliation with American Xcess,” Cooper said. “The strength and depth of their producers is rare today; most studios have only one genre, but American Xcess covers a broad spectrum. We are confident that there will be a significant demand for their material from a variety of media platforms, especially in Asia, where we have long-established relations in mobile, 3G, and iPod marketing.”
