CommerceGate Announces Strategic Partnership to Offer IPSP Services in the U.S.

CommerceGate announced a strategic partnership with DHD Media of California and SegPay Florida to offer IPSP and merchant services to the U.S. market.

Expanding on their success in Europe, CommerceGate now offers the same services to U.S. based companies that it has delivered to their Europe based clients for years.

"CommerceGate has worked diligently to build our company into a leader in third-party billing and to gain respect throughout the online community," said Bjorn Skarlen, CEO of CommerceGate. "Our goal has always been to establish ourselves as a global brand, a name that is synonymous with trust and reliability. This strategic relationship with DHD Media and SegPay levels the playing field and allows us to compete directly with the large established IPSPs in the US market."

No longer bound by geographical limitations, CommerceGate has entered the U.S. market with aggressive pricing, multiple banking relationships, and a host of products and services.

"We are excited about the opportunity to work with CommerceGate," Cathy Beardsley, CEO of SegPay explained. "They have been the leading IPSP in the EU for years; their innovative practices follow our business structure and that's what makes this relationship so strong. The more we work together, the more obvious the benefits."

Multiple banking relationships, support in multiple time zones, worldwide customer and client services, combined with excessive knowledge of the IPSP world, both domestically and internationally, promise to transform CommerceGate from a leader in the EU market to a global choice for clients worldwide.

"DHD Media is one of the largest gateways in the adult market, processing more than six million transactions a year," Ron Jenkins, president of DHD Media added. "This strategic alliance with the two top IPSPs in the industry gives our alliance an unprecedented ability to service both new and existing clients. Aligning ourselves with CommerceGate and Segpay is a gigantic step forward for all three companies and for the market segment entirely."
