IRVINE, Calif. - CherryPimps announced Tuesday that it has acquired, redesigned and relaunched all pay sites in the TrueCash affiliate program.
The company said TrueCash no longer operates as a separate entity and all sites and members have been transferred to CherryPimps.
"I'm very excited that the acquisition is finally complete, as each of the sites has a solid fan base and has already made an incredible contribution to the CherryPimps network," said CherryPimps CEO Jack Avalanche.
Among the TrueCash sites included in the move are YoungChicks, AmateurHouse and SexCamLive. Each site has been redesigned and loaded with new content, CherryPimps said. Also transferred to CherryPimps is the website of Dave Cummings, the oldest active adult-industry veteran.
"The addition of the redesigned TrueCash sites raises the total number of CherryPimps sites from three to 11," Avalanche said. "An additional 19 sites are also in the final stages of development and testing, which includes 11 new exclusive sites and eight bonus sites."
TrueCash affiliates who have not received email notification are urged to visit CherryPimps' website for additional details about the transition and a promotional offer that is only available to former TrueCash affiliates.
TrueCash had been in operation since 1997.
