PALO ALTO, Calif. - Live video-chat site Cams.comhas instituted an incentive-based payout program that offers increased payouts of up to 75 percent. The new eight-tier structure increases Cam.com's traditional 20-percent flat payout by 15 percent. Webmasters will be paid up to 35 percent for new referrals.

401 or more confirmed members in a single day will earn 35 percent.
300-401 earn 32 percent.
200-301 earn 30 percent.
100-201 earn 28 percent.
50-101 earn 26 percent.
26-50 earn 24 percent.
6-25 earn 22 percent.
Fewer than five referrals continue to earn 20 percent.
Additionally, Cams will pay a 10-percent bonus for all signup increases that exceed October levels and has extended through November its "$150-per-hour" payout program, which replaced the standard $55 per-order compensation from August.
"We want to reward our most enthusiastic affiliate webmasters, giving them even more of a reason to refer traffic to this terrific site," said Legendary Lars, vice president for Cams' parent company, FriendFinder Inc. "This also gives additional incentive to all webmasters to work with us."
The new payout system took effect Friday.
