ATLANTA – The Atlanta Forum announced Tuesday its second annual event, scheduled for September 10-12 at the W. Perimeter Center.
The 2009 show hopes to build upon the success of the last year's inaugural event, said to be the most attended first year show in the history of the adult industry.
The Atlanta Forum, sister show to the now-legendary Phoenix Forum, will once again concentrate on combining a heavy business-centric vibe with fun events meant to entertain the attendees, as well. The theme for this year’s show will be “Back to Business,” piggybacking on last year’s theme, “The Business of ‘The Business.’”
"We polled many of the attendees from last year to find their likes and dislikes and have incorporated many of their suggestions into this year’s show," said Atlanta Forum CEO Tony Morgan. "Networking will still be the key to the success of our show, but having some good Atlanta-sized fun is what will keep the attendees coming back for more. One of my proudest moments of the show last year was having every single attendee that I asked tell me that the show had paid for itself during the opening day. That is why we wanted to put on the show in the first place.”
While the shows plans to add additional events, seminars and so on, Morgan assured there would be no increase of any prices for attendees or sponsors.
“We recognize that people must make hard choices during tough times and since our show is not designed to be a profit center for our family of companies, we have no problem keeping our attendees’ costs low,” he said. “And yes, once again, one of the biggest attractions last year, The PussyCash Free 24-Hour Snack Shack, will be open for business during the entire event.”
Sponsorships for the event will be limited to previous sponsors first and will be released to the public in coming weeks. In addition, registration and rooms will go on sale soon and will be on a first come, first served basis.
