AVN, Naughty Tweet Enter Into Joint Social Media Venture

LOS ANGELES—Adult industry media giant AVN and social media powerhouse Naughty Tweet announced today the details of a new joint venture targeted at growing the value, acceptance and impact of the adult industry through social media tools like Twitter, Facebook and MySpace.

The partnership will expand the reach and depth of the social media platforms of both companies existing social portfolio which currently reach 200,000+ social media followers. Naughty Tweet will manage all of the social media accounts for the project; while AVN will provide traditional media support through its web and print portfolio, as well as sales and marketing staff.

Naughty Tweet continues to offer social media consulting and management through its sister company to assist businesses, talent, retailers, manufactures and other adult industry professionals in gaining traction and demonstrating return on investment through social media.

The joint venture will launch a series of initiatives over the coming months, beginning with the offering of a “Tweet-A-Day” sponsor program in four distinct verticals which will allow adult industry companies to distribute messages to the Naughty Tweet and/or AVN social media accounts through the use of a simple self-service website. Sponsors will be able to reach general consumers, niche consumers as well as adult industry businesses with a low cost of entry to build brand awareness, expand their own social media platform, distribute information, and of course provide direct links and content to salable products and services.
