CHATSWORTH—AVN Media Network has announced the acquisition of adult industry social networking site Adult Whos Who (AWW), which was created for Mr. Skin by Derek Meklir in 2005. AWW was most recently owned by Mike Dutch, who had been overseeing a comprehensive redesign over the past several months.
Dutch, owner of BANG! Media Group, saw the opportunities presented by AWW, and he increased its functionality drastically to make the site the leading social network in this industry, with more than 6.000 business profiles.
The popular adult meeting place was a media sponsor for The AVN Show, held last month at the Westin Diplomat in Hollywood, Florida, and also for Webmaster Access, taking place next week in Amsterdam.
