LOS ANGELES—AVN Media Network is pleased to announce the release of the voting categories for the 2015 GFY People's Choice Awards, the winners for which are chosen by industry peers. The GFY Awards ceremony, presented by PussyCash, will take place Sunday, January 18, 2015, inside Vinyl at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.
As always, all registered Internext attendees will be granted free access to the awards show, which debuted in 2011 at Webmaster Access in Amsterdam. Last year, the decision was made to repatriate the GFY Awards with the January AVN Show, which now includes Internext Expo, Adult Entertainment Expo, Adult Novelty Expo and of course, the world famous AVN Awards. A sold-out house in January confirmed that moving the GFY Awards to January was the correct decision.
"This year, new categories have been introduced, in an effort to highlight various industry sectors and roles that are valid and deserve to be recognized," stated GFY.com Admin, Jill Taylor. "As always, the best companies and individuals in the industry will win awards, and plans are underway this year that will make this awards show one for the ages."
There are no eligibility requirements for nominees. To nominate, you must have become a registered GFY.com member prior to September 30th, 2014 and have a minimum of 25 posts. The Nomination round opens November 7 and ends November 21, 2014. Each qualified member may submit up to three nominations per category.
