CHATSWORTH, Calif. - Affiliate program 12ClicksCash has hired Michele to serve as executive assistant to the president.
"Unofficial title: Mini-me," Michele joked.
The new job marks Michele's foray into the adult online industry.
"I have been in the industry exactly 17 days," she told AVN Online. "I was a bartender for the last nine years, with the occasional admin job thrown in."
At 12ClicksCash, Michele will be groomed in all aspects of the business, especially traffic and cross-sell deals and assuming some of the day-to-day operations formerly handled by Ron, president of the company.
Michele said she looks forward to becoming part of the adult online industry.
"I finally find a home," she said. "I always fit in with the bartending world but never in the so-called ‘office environment.' I always had to censor myself too much. Here, I can be myself, and that's a good thing."
12ClicksCash maintains niche sites and tours. The company's payouts include $35 per trial sign-up, 60/40 revshare and a referral program. Promotional material features customized content selections and gallery templates for free-hosted galleries, banners and full-page ads.
