Testie Towel Takes Aim at the Scourge of Ball Sweat

Last October, Los Angeles resident Erin Robertson realized a dream cherished by many entrepreneurs when she went on the ABC pitch show Shark Tank and walked away with a $200,000 deal. The offer came from“QVC queen” Lori Grenier, who was intrigued by Robertson’s Ta-Ta Towel, a “boob hammock” for busty gals designed to stamp out the scourge of boob sweat.

Since Robertson’s appearance on Shark Tank, she says she’s been messaged almost daily by men asking her to help with another meme-fueling body fluid: ball sweat.

Fortunately for these men (and the gals and guys who love them), Robertson has a solution. On October 15 she’ll begin hawking the Testie Towel, which promises to help keep things dry down under, balls and all.

According to Team Testie, the new product “provides sweat and rash protection, soothes any aches, but above all, simply offers comfort and serenity. The soft, heavenly-bedded material cups the ‘testies,’ making them feel like they’re in a bed of rose petals. Once tucked inside, a soft, specially designed elastic mechanism gently secures the Testie Towel into place, keeping them high and dry—just like its female counterpart product.”

As with the Ta-Ta Towel, the choices for the consumer are fun, creative and varied. Rugged outdoorsmen can opt for the lumberjack-plaid-Got Wood or camo-colored General, while the Scotsman is just the thing to wear under a kilt. There are seasonal options as well: Dia De la Cabeza (just in time for the upcoming Day of the Dead) and the Nutcracker.

And for those who want to let their freak flags fly, Robertson offers the red-white-and-blue Freedom Testie or the rainbow-colored PrideFull Testie.

Which to choose? At $20 apiece, guys can opt for more than one model to be ready for any occasion.

For adult performers, both of these products might be useful on poorly air-conditioned sets, where sweat of all kinds is an occupational hazard. So, as Robertson might say to the assembled moguls on Shark Tank, “Are you ready to ‘testie’ it out?”

Sales begin October 15 at TestieTowels.com.
