New Tour De Male Roadshow Kicks off in California

LOS ANGELES—In-store visits are an integral part of any pleasure product manufacturer's quest to better serve its clientele. But System JO, Boneyard Toys and Magic Silk have kicked things up a notch with what they call the “Tour de Male.” The three companies are once again combining forces to launch a second leg of this roadshow tour focused entirely on products for male consumers.

The new leg of Tour de Male will kick off in Los Angeles on February 24 and then head north, covering Central California. Currently, booking is open for micro-events and in-store product training during the last week of February through the beginning of March. Trainings will include information about the products to provide associates and management with fresh and insightful talking points with the focus on fostering more meaningful (and lucrative) conversations with customers. Blush Novelties will be joining this edition of the tour as well.

The Tour de Male is all about offering in-person training to prepare for seasonal traffic, but also to highlight new products and surprises around the corner. The participants say they “plan to keep it fun and show our appreciation for the dedicated sellers by providing product samples and assist with merchandising suggestions to increase stores' bottom line and overall basket size.”

A spokesman explains, “It’s a great opportunity for stores to beef up their men’s line—a significant category that is enjoying a massive amount of growth and consumer interest. The benefit of this partnership highlights cross-sale opportunity and add-on potential as we highlight the bigger picture of how it all flows together for the best experience possible. Don’t miss your opportunity to schedule four amazing manufacturers at once, focusing on men’s lubrication, novelty and apparel, without the added stress of squeezing it all in. The Tour de Male is a powerhouse of potential. It’s as easy as one-and-done!”

The following brands will be promoted on the tour:

• Boneyard, the newest brand from Channel 1 Releasing, is a leading designer of comfortable premium cock rings and men’s sex toys, known for innovating designs and concepts that range from douches to dildos. To contact, email [email protected].

• United Consortium is best known for its sexual wellness brand System JO, also offers Bucked from JO, featuring lubricants and creams made by men for men that allow users to “ride as hard as you want, for as long as you want, with whoever you want.” To contact, email [email protected].

• Blush Novelties is soaring into 2020 with more than 1,500 products in stock, includihng a broad selection of new items in several collections, including Anal Adventures, Au Natural, Stay Hard, Jet and Dr. Skin. To contact, email [email protected].

"We are excited to launch the second leg of the tour in Central California,” says Rob Reimer of Boneyard. “The first leg of the tour last year was so incredibly well received by the stores that it was a no-brainer to continue in new regions. It is great for the stores because it saves them valuable time and money by scheduling four training sessions in one shot, reducing labor costs without having to schedule multiple presentations. On top of that, they also receive the most current information about consumer trends within the male category.”

Reimer adds, “The ROI of in-store training is invaluable. Being able to train on new products in person and provide one-on-one sales coaching is the reason why our industry is growing so fast. Adding in the educational element that we provide for our clients helps when speaking with customers to ensure a relationship that will help keep a business growing for years to come.”

The companies plan on adding more new regions to the tour in the spring and summer months. For more information, email [email protected].
