LAS VEGAS—With the World Health Organization classifying the COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak as an epidemic, organizers for the New International Lingerie Show have decided to postpone the trade show.
“As the situation with the coronavirus has developed and mandates have been issued to cancel public gatherings, the New International Lingerie Show, scheduled for March 16-18 at the Tuscany Resort in Las Vegas is being rescheduled,” a letter sent Thursday afternoon to attendees and exhibitor reads. “Thank you for your understanding. New dates will be announced as soon as they are available.”
As the spread of the virus continues, political and health officials nationwide are urging gatherings and events of 100 or more people to postpone or cancel.
