Major Pleasure Products Manufacturers Included in Goop’s Sex Issue

LOS ANGELES—Goop, the lifestyle website from Hollywood actress Gwyneth Paltrow, released its annual Sex issue this week, and several major pleasure products manufacturers are included in the round-up “Sex Toys (and more) for Every Type.”

Since its inception in 2008, Goop has become an authority on the latest trends, luxury items, and advice pertaining to women. The popular site has emphasis an on healthy living and exploring different ways to enhance all facets of a woman’s life.  For the special sex edition, they looked at high-tech toys and fetish products that “guarantee to rock your world, every time.” 

The daily newsletter highlighted Jimmyjane’s Hello Touch X, as well as a few picks from Pipedream Products’ Fetish Fantasy Gold series. This is the second year in a row that Goop has picked the two Diamond Products brands for their special sex update.

“It is really great to see mainstream media, and especially a celebrity name, empowering women to explore pleasure products,” said Robert Rheaume, president of Jimmyjane. “These three products are all meant to be approachable to the mass consumer who is looking to add more to their sex life. Endorsements like this are not just an honor, but have a real impact on bringing incremental users and customers into the space.”

Doc Johnson earned a few spots on the lists as well, with the Wonderland Silicone Massager included in “The Glamour-Puss” section and the Tryst in “The Ball and Chain” section. Sliquid’s Sliquid Organics Natural Gel is also mentioned in that section, as are the Wedge and the Love Is Art Couple’s Paint Kit from Liberator.

LELO’s Tiani 3, Siri 2 and Liv 2 were featured, as were the Vive Enoki Massager and the Kiiroo Onyx and Pearl.
