BROOMFIELD, Colo.—Award-winning distributor Eldorado Trading Company has released the 14th lesson, Sexual Difficulties, in its Elevate U e-learning series.
The educational series recently earned the 2018 “O” Award for Outstanding Marketing Campaign.
The newest lesson will provide retailers with the tools to discuss with customers sexual difficulties, relating them as a normal experience and within the healthy range of sexual function. Lesson 14 will also help learners frame customer’s experiences as challenges, as opposed to dysfunctions, and will review the most common sexual difficulties for men and women. Additionally, this lesson will teach learners when to refer customers to relevant medical professionals in order to receive proper medical care for health concerns.
“People get messages from our culture and society that say their bodies are either good and normal or are broken. This lesson helps retail associates to support customers in accessing pleasure regardless of how their bodies are working,” said Kira Manser, clinical director at the Center for Sexual Pleasure and Health (CSPH) and one of the personalities of Elevate U.
Eldorado’s Elevate U 16-lesson e-learning series covers a variety of sexual health topics that go beyond product focus. The lessons are intended to empower Eldorado’s retailers with accurate sexual health information so they can confidently and correctly answer sexual health related questions. With this knowledge, retailers can offer customers an excellent in-store experience in order to create repeat business, become a trusted resource in their community and have a competitive advantage. The e-learning series is available to active Eldorado customers as an added value to working with Eldorado.
“I give Elevate U 1,000 stars,” raves Stephanie Higgins of You & Me Boutique located in Wisconsin. “I am so happy to have been offered this opportunity and truly believe this has advanced my employees and myself miles professionally. I cannot thank Eldorado and the CSPH enough for this!”
Since Elevate U’s launch at the beginning of 2017, the program has received great engagement with more than 700 learners enrolled in the program thus far.
Lessons will continue to be released throughout the beginning of 2018. For more information about Elevate U and to enroll in the program, visit Eldorado.net/ElevateU or email [email protected]. To learn more about The CSPH, visit TheCSPH.org.
