NORTH HOLLYWOOD, Calif.—Doc Johnson was among the select few brands to participation in the 3-Year Anniversary Party for Whitney Bell’s clothing line, KIDDBELL.
At the event, which also included pop ups from brands such as Foria, Costanté, Proclaim, and many more, KIDDBELL announced that it would henceforth be known by a new name—Us By Design. Nothing regarding the company’s ethics, charity work, or designs will change; just its name.
“Doc Johnson really enjoyed this opportunity to participate alongside Us By Design and other local businesses,” said Thao Dipolito, Doc Johnson marketing manager. “This audience was comprised of young people who care about pleasure and have educated themselves on the importance of sexual health and wellness.”
On Friday, September 6, KIDDBELL threw a party in Los Angeles to celebrate how far it has come in three short years. Doc Johnson’s pop-up represented its products well, selling toys such as Tryst, iVibe Select vibrators, Buzz, and GoodHead sprays.
This event represents a continued friendship between Doc Johnson and Us By Design, after the two partnered on the event “I Didn’t Ask for This: A Lifetime of Dick Pics,” in 2017.
KIDDBELL was founded as a feminist clothing line, gaining major traction and social-media acclaim with shirts saying things such as “The Future is Nonbinary,” “Let Boys be Feminine,” and “Support Trans Youth.”
