DONGGUAN, China—Dingfoo has launched a newly developed, fully automated liquid silicone rubber overmolding production platform.
"Customers with product design and production needs must schedule at least three months in advance to ensure timely production and avoid missing business opportunities," said Andre, head of product development at Dingfoo.
The innovative liquid silicone rubber overmolding technology was co-developed by Dingfoo and a renowned university. The production line includes a dust-free workshop, fully automated liquid silicone rubber overmolding equipment, an automated painting workshop, a nanogrinding workshop, and a corresponding mold workshop. With this platform, Dingfoo has patented several new technologies specifically for sex toy manufacturing, such as dual-color two-layer overmolding, alternating dual-color liquid silicone rubber overmolding, and dust-free and bubble-free production patented technologies. The current monthly production capacity is around one million units.
The liquid silicone rubber toys have a realistic skin-like appearance and texture, making sex toys smooth and soft to the touch.
"Since launching this production platform, we've had numerous customer requests for on-site visits, but we've had to decline as the platform is not yet open to the public. However, customers can request samples to experience the unique features of sex toys produced on the new platform. They can also have their own products trial-produced by Dingfoo," stated Andre.
