The Cloud 9 University platform was created in order to better support to account holders by offering educational modules on Cloud 9 products. Learners will discover the features and functions of different Cloud 9 products; key selling points of products; and enhance cross selling and upselling techniques.
Each course will test the learners knowledge with a short quiz at the end of the module, and upon passing the quiz, allow the user to download or print a certificate of completion.
Learners will be able to register their completion and earn recognition and gifts from Cloud 9 Novelties.
The Cloud 9 University platform is available 24/7 and can be accessed online with a computer, tablet, or even a smartphone—the platform is both Android and iOS compatible.
