CamSoda Announces Pizza-Ordering Vibe

LOS ANGELES—CamSoda has announced its newest innovation, the RubGrub.

RubGrub is a vibrator that orders food following an orgasm, starting with a large cheese pizza from Domino’s.

“Masturbation, while ultimately enjoyable, can be a strenuous physical activity during which an individual exerts a lot of energy and burns many calories. Inevitably, once someone has climaxed, they feel lethargic and hungry,” said Daryn Parker, vice president of CamSoda. “That, coupled with the fact that we live in a society where people want everything at their fingertips, led us to the development of RubGrub. Now, in order to enjoy your Saturday night, all you need is your RubGrub device. Get off and get stuffed, all with the quick click of a button.”

The offering is made possible with an internet connected button (similar to the Amazon Dash Button) that is affixed on the end of the vibrator. The button has payment/delivery and order information, which is programmed into it at the time of purchase and connects to Domino’s through its pizza-ordering API. When a user is done “using” the vibrator, they push the button, which places a delivery order for a large cheese pizza.

According to studies, the average masturbation session takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes and burns roughly 60-90 calories. During such time an individual’s heart rate heart increases, their skin may begin to feel flushed and their genitals will swell with blood, all while muscle tension is being built up. Once a climax is reached, muscles ultimately relax and a cocktail of stimulants are released. After the sexual stimulation has been quenched, the body naturally begins to focus on other primal needs, one of which is food.

RubGrub is currently in the final stages of development and will be available for purchase in the coming months for $19.95. While initially launching with the ability to order pizza, the adult entertainment company has plans to add additional restaurant chains, including those serving Mexican and Chinese food.
