It has a three-speed motor, an instant off button, and measures 11 inches by 2 inches (28 cm x 5 cm) and runs on three C batteries. It is made with sturdy ABS plastic with a soft Velvet-Cote™/PU Cote head, and an ABS handle, it is surprisingly soft to the touch.
