HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. - Since starting a hiring blitz in January by adding nine new positions, XR Wholesale also has brought on a new chief financial officer, executive assistant, assistant buyer, warehouse shipper and customer service manager.
John Lorey, XR Wholesale's new customer-service manager, has more than 18 years of experience in general management, customer service and training. He told AVN Novelty Business he is "really excited about joining the XR Wholesale family."
CEO Ari Suss told ANB that Lorey has successfully streamlined operations, established quality standards and designed, implemented and managed training programs.
"We expect John to have a major impact in the ongoing development of our delivery system," he said. "His exceptional leadership skill will help drive XR's future growth strategy. We are privileged to have John on board and look forward to a long and successful working relationship."
Suss also said some of the positions will help expand the company's market share.
"This year, we have brought in some very talented people into our family," he said. "I am proud to be working with them and look forward to the new hires to come. The total number of employees at XR is expected to reach 33 by the end of March."
Suss said XR still has openings for a network administration technician, customer service representative, wholesale sales and marketing Manager, and warehouse line picker.
"XR has started the year with rapid growth," he said. "We are seeing strong growth with our new product lines-StrictLeather.com, TrinityVibes.com and ZeusElectrosex.com-and are putting in place the infrastructure we need to handle the demand."
