HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. - XRWholesale.com has implemented a complimentary massage program to help its employees wind down.
"Specifically, the massage program was established to help revitalize everyone after a tough workweek," CEO Ari Suss said. "We have found happy employees are more productive and loyal."
XR Wholesale offers massages to all of its full-time employees, including everyone from people in the shipping department to senior management staff.
"We got this great idea from our friends at Sportsheets," Suss added. "[Sportsheets CEO] Tom [Stewart] told [us] about Patty Anderson, a professional massage therapist and how she comes to their office to give their employees massages. This is an idea we couldn't pass up."
After two weeks with the new massage program, Suss said, XR's employees are very happy.
"What I like about the massages is that it gives me something to look forward to after a long, hard week," Warehouse Manager Corey Jarvis Said.
