BRISTOL, Pa.—Distribution company XGen Products has inked a pact with Great Deals Distribution to provide the PPU line of men’s undergarments throughout the U.S.
Great Deals Distributions is a company based in Florida that imports and wholesales clothing from Colombia. Among the items the company carries is PPU (Private Prestige Underwear), a line of young men's underwear that is moderately priced.
“The line is fun, sporty, and sexy, with a lot of attitude,” said Camilo Escobar, vice president of Great Deals Distribution. “The line is made up of several styles ranging from the Tuxedo Jock, to the Tulle Boxer Brief. There is something for everyone here.”
Andy Green, vice president of XGen Products, said the deal makes sense and is a good one for the industry, since it fills a void in the marketplace.
“Today, you can go into any major, mainstream department store and find high-end lingerie pieces for women,” he said. “It’s not just relegated to specialty and adult stores anymore. But for men, there are not as many options. This distribution deal allows us to provide our clients with a high-end line for their male customers that is not available elsewhere.”
