WATERTOWN, N.Y.—A 47-year-old woman was booked on a misdemeanor harassment charge after she reportedly hit a police officer in the head with a pink sex toy.
According to The Smoking Gun, Watertown Police officers were called around 3 a.m. Wednesday to a local apartment complex in regard to an unwanted visitor. The man living in the apartment said the woman was intoxicated and refusing to leave the residence.
While police were investigating the matter, the woman reportedly “with intent to harass, annoy, or alarm another person, did throw a pink in color sex toy toward Officer Pitts, the victim, and struck him in the forehead, during an unwanted person investigation.”
The officer was reportedly not injured.
A few things we wonder about this: Did the woman have the sex toy on her person the entire time, or was it handily located nearby for use as a “weapon”? And why is the color of the sex toy important enough to mention in the report?
Funnily enough, this is not the first time something like this has happened. The Smoking Gun noted that in 2010 they had written about a 56-year-old (at the time) woman in Illinois who grabbed a “clear, rigid feminine pleasure device” (again, why is the color important?) and advanced “in a threatening manner” on a police officer who was only trying to question her because she reportedly skipped out on a restaurant tab. Luckily, in that case, the quick-witted officer knocked the sex toy out of the way before he was hit with it.
Even here at AVN, in 2008 we reported on two men were arrested in Australia and charged with assault after one smacked a police officer over the head with a dildo. Funny, but we didn’t note the color that time around.
