The Wankband is a wearable device, similar to those exercise tracking bands, that houses a chamber with a weighted ball inside that travels back and forth as you tap to create and store energy for the aforementioned electronics charging. The Wankband is reportedly being developed by Pornhub, who makes it incredibly difficult to tell on the website TheWankband.com if the device is real or a very clever publicity stunt. Regardless, the story is being reported on various techie websites, including Gizmodo and Digital Trends. And according to the promo video and site, the search is on for Beta testers.
