V lubricants and massage oils are a luxury/designer line of products with packaging and an overall look designed to be aesthetically pleasing to men or women. Vie, which is the french word for ‘life', could easily be likened to the Apple of the adult product market.
Jensen Lai, director of Vie Products, told AVN Novelty Business the response from attendees at ANE was "amazing." "We got approached by several large distributors that expressed interest," he said. "Every single client who came to our booth was impressed with not only the formulations, but also our packaging system."
V lubricants and massage oils were developed for those with sensitive skin using dermatological principles, are free of any unnecessary ingredients, including parabens, making all products in the line hypoallergenic. Vie Products has it's own in-house laboratory and chemistry team that has been responsible for formulating products for brands such as Neutrogena, Malin + Goetz and Space NK.
"We strip everything out of our product to produce the most gentle, high-quality product possible," explained Kevin Seib, president of Vie Products. "Women who are sensitive will not have a reaction to them. Our packaging also supports our mission of a minimalized, pure product. It allows the user to clearly see into the bottle, to see what they are buying and feel comfortable using it." Seib also told ANB the navigation system of the labels on the bottles has been simplified, making the product extremely easy to peruse on store shelves. "Consumers can quickly identify what type of lubricant it is based on our color coded dots on the labels," he continued.
Lai also told ANB each of the products is extremely long-lasting. "When the lubricant does eventually absorb into the skin, it is gentle, like a moisturizer, and never gets sticky. This really sets our product apart from what is available now."
