Topco Sales Announces New Hires

CHATSWORTH, Calif. - Topco Sales has announced two new additions to its family of employees. Lorelei Chavez joins the adult novelty manufacturer as regulatory specialist and Marianne Lovett as art director.

 

As Regulatory Specialist, Chavez will be in charge of working with the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and its global counterparts to ensure all Topco products meet global standards and are safe and effective for use.

 

"It is exciting to be a part of the Topco Sales cosmetics research and development department," she said. "So far [I am] impressed with the care and expertise I've seen in everything they do."

 

Early in 2006, Topco Sales registered with the FDA as an over-the-counter drug manufacturing site, adding a registration for manufacturing medical devices in 2007.

 

Topco's Technical Director of Drugs, Nutrition and Cosmetics, Timothy Crawford said that Chavez's background is a welcome addition to the Topco family.

 

"I am positively thrilled that Ms. Chavez has joined our team," he said. "With her extensive experience in domestic and international regulatory issues we have turned a winning team into championship material."

 

Scott Tucker, CEO of Topco Sales shared that his goal is to meet or exceed the highest standards in regards to product safety.

 

"We are dedicated to meeting the heightened standards of Europe and Asia," he said. "It is more important now than ever to have qualified professionals on our staff to deal with regulatory issues. All this has exponentially increased the duties of the regulatory department as we continue to be a leader in the adult novelty industry."

 

As Art Director, Marianne Lovett comes to Topco with over 20 years of experience in the adult entertainment industry. Most recently Lovett worked for Hustler/LFP, Inc. as the Art Director for VCA. Lovett is now in charge of a new ‘look' for Topco Sales which will be implemented with the release of the Topco Sales Super Catalog in 2008.
