CHULA VISTA, Calif. - Tantus Inc. has added a sales and service department with more than 50 years of combined experience in delivering sales, service and customer support.
The team is headed by Bob Fox, the company's new director of sales and service.
Fox has a master's degree in business administration and 25 years of experience in sales and sales management, recently in business-to-business sales in the wholesale mortgage industry.
Tantus also has added a bar-coded inventory management and forecasting system to track orders from start to finish.
"Our investment into cutting-edge CRM software allows us to track, reply and stay on top of all of our customer-service issues and demands," CEO Michael Smith said. "We can now deliver Tantus Silicone, the world's best soft toys for adults, more quickly."
The new inventory management system also will allow the company to maintain levels of stock, dramatically reducing back orders, Smith said.
