Stockroom Names 'Top Fetish Model' Winner

LOS ANGELES - Bartender Justin David won MaleStockroom.com's "America's Next Top Fetish Model" contest Friday night at Eagle L.A.

David's grand prize includes a $500 Stockroom gift certificate, his own photo gallery at MaleStockroom.com and a photo shoot with adult-film star Jason Hawke.

"I am so excited to be working with MaleStockroom.com," David said. "I'm a big fan of Syren latex, too, and I'm really looking forward to modeling all the great gear. This has been a lot of fun already."

The event featured three finalists Stockroom selected from the field of entries. David edged out Morgan Samuel and Michael Chabot in a three-round competition hosted by Jason Sechrest.

All three men strutted their stuff on the catwalk in the latest Stockroom leather gear, then participated in a question-and-answer session in the second round. For the final round, the contestants returned to the stage wearing Stockroom/Syren latex fashions designed by Jeff of L.A.

"The contest was a great success," said Allain Rochel, Stockroom's director of marketing. "Events like this are something we hope to do more often in the future. With our new retail location just down the street, it's a great opportunity to show off what we do best: our sexy, signature, original designs."

Chabot told ANB that the contest broadened his horizons.

"It was a great time, something that I have never done before but that I'm looking to do more of," he said. "‘Mr. L.A. Leather' is coming up in March, so I'm looking to compete and win a preliminary contest to get into the official competition. Put a boy in leather once, and look what happens!"

Morgan Samuel, a contestant who was outed as a closet heterosexual on stage, said, "I've always played the wacky character, from a nunchuck-wielding Egyptian warrior to Pigpen. Competing in ‘America's Next Top Fetish Model' is not much of a stretch. This was a lot of fun!"
