TEMPE, Ariz. - BDSM gear manufacturer Steel Vineyards has released several new products, including paddles, floggers, and wrist and ankle restraints.
Steel Vineyards' new red-and-black wrist and ankle cuffs and collars feature double-reinforced leather.
"Our new restraints feature D-rings held in place by hand-stitching, in addition to the rivets you see in everyone else's restraints," company co-founder Michael English told AVN Novelty Business. "People usually just have rivets on either side to maintain the pocket. Ours are extra-sturdy."
The manufacturer's new leather floggers are available in black-on-black, red-on-black, blue-on-black and purple-on-black, in addition to the new Tigress Flogger.
"The Tigress features mixed media," English said. "It has your traditional strips of leather mixed with fluffy material not only for fashion, but to mix in a little fluff with the sting of leather."
Steel Vineyards has released three new leather paddles: a traditional round "ping-pong" paddle, a heart-shaped paddle and a coffin paddle. All of the new paddles feature top-notch leather and red stitching around the edges, the company said.
English said Steel Vineyards emphasizes quality more than quantity in its product releases.
"We don't release a bunch of products during the course of a year," he said. "We take our time to make sure everything is right before we send them to stores."
