SOUTHLAKE, Texas - Smart Beauty, a European manufacturer of home hair-coloring products, made its stateside adult-market debut in January at the Adult Entertainment Expo.
At AEE, Smart Beauty unveiled its two newest products, the award-winning Smart Bikini Colour and its Smart Bikini Styler, which were released in November 2007.
Vice President of Sales Dinah B told AVN Novelty Business the company has earned a good reputation in the U.K. and is ready to make a name for itself in the United States.
"When you say ‘Smart Beauty' in Europe, it's kind of like saying ‘L'Oreal' over here," she said. "Smart Beauty won the U.K. Award for Best Colour Highlight Kit. Now, for a mere fraction of the salon cost, Smart Beauty has produced a complete one-step, permanent, home coloring kit for the other hair."
Smart Bikini Colour comes in eight shades: Intense Red, Passion Plum, Ruby Red, Carmine Pink, Cool Blonde, Amber Flame, Natural Black and Hot Chocolate. Dinah B said the shades are perfect for covering gray.
"Cool Blonde and Amber Flame make the carpet match the drapes," she said. "They surely would've helped ‘Hot Lips' in the M*A*S*H* shower scene."
Smart Bikini Styler is an all-inclusive kit for safely removing hair from delicate bikini areas. The kit includes 10 stencils for creative looks and takes away worries about nicks, cuts or razor burn.
