HOLLYWOOD - Shirley of Hollywood, an international leader in luxurious lingerie, presents its "‘Tis the Season for Sexy" Collection with the release of Shirley's Holiday 2008 Big Book at the International Lingerie Show from Sept. 15 to 17 at the Rio in Las Vegas and celebrates their 60th Anniversary Sexy Model Search, Gala Finale & Runway Fashion Event, on September 27 in the Bahamas.
There's nothing that says sexy more than the classic hourglass figure, Shirley representatives explained, and it's easy for every woman to display the look with Shirley's pushup bras, trimming waist cinchers and slimming bustiers that are worn from the company holiday party to private boudoir celebrations.
Shirley's Holiday lingerie collection ships in September and features 90 new glamorous styles and gifts for her and him. The collection showcases many ways to wear Shirley's signature corsets and bustiers as "outerwear" with skirts or pants, allowing retailers the added flexibility to merchandise them from the bedroom to that holiday party or nightclub.

The Holiday Collection features only this season's most festive fabrics-sophisticated silks, soft stretch velvets, shimmering satins and dreamy dyed lace, trimmed with faux fur, feathers, ruffles and beautiful beading. It also showcases bust-building bras, shapely chemises and candy cane waist cinchers that give every figure scrumptious curves. Shirley's Intimate Attitudes line makes fuller figures festive with the perfect holiday corset and sexy lace baby dolls in stretchy fabrics.
Shirley also offers something for "Gyz" with its menswear line featuring Ultra-soft charmeuse boxer shorts, pajama sets, robes and thongs in great holiday colors.
Shirley's international sales director Eric Schlobohm said, "While we've only premiered our Holiday Collection to a few buyers, the response has been nothing short of amazing. Our Christmas pieces are smoking hot, with a faux fur and red stretch velvet group, a re-"vamped" best selling baby-doll, now in an incredible electric blue with white marabou trim that's perfect for Hanukah. We have some incredible new metallic knits that have all the glitter and glamour of Hollywood, but are buttery soft to the touch. The stand-out corset this season comes in a deep, purple stretch velvet with a contrasting black layered stretch mesh cup, a placket closure and lace-up back that just rocks."

Shirley of Hollywood will also be hosting the 60th Anniversary Sexy Model Search, the Gala Finale & Runway Fashion Event, on September 27 at 4 p.m. in the Sheraton Cable Beach Resort Ballroom in Nassau, the Bahamas. Attendees promised to attend the evening of glitz, glamour, and style, include lingerie models, NFL Players, top fashion designers, celebrities and more. A Super Model & VIP Afterparty will occur at 7 p.m., poolside at the Wyndham Nassau Resort & Casino.
