LOS ANGELES - Wholesale website SexToyClub.com, a subsidiary of Convergence Inc., has reorganized its page of frequently asked questions into categories and added more detailed information.
The page has been broken into categories such as "What We Offer," "How To Place an Order," "After an Order Is Placed" and "Tools for Members' Use."
Company President Dave Levine said this organization allows customers to quickly find information, which is more in-depth than before. He said this has reduced the number of calls seeking help with easy-to-solve problems.
"Providing affiliates with access to easy-to-understand information that can help run their business more efficiently and maximize sales is a top priority," he said. "Getting that information to our customers without them having to contact us directly is more efficient for everyone."
Convergence also has created Forums.SexToyClub.com in an effort to improve information for its members. The forum allows members and SexToyClub.com staff to exchange information.
"Not only is Convergence helping its members by posting in the forum, but members are also posting answers to help other SexToyClub.com members," Levine said. "We're excited that so many customers are taking advantage of our discussion forum. It's created a community that is obtaining additional information from us beyond the ‘FAQ' page, as well as exchanging information and advice among members."
Levine said one of the most popular topics in the forum is data feeds.
