NORTH HOLLYWOOD, Ca. – Manufacturer Doc Johnson announced this week that the company has inked an exclusive deal to develop a branded collection of novelties with rising adult star Sasha Grey. Though the products aren't scheduled to hit store shelves until next year, production has already commenced on the line's signature item: a replica of Grey's "most prized possession."
The Doc Johnson team anticipates a flourishing partnership, pointing out the tremendous name recognition Grey's achieved after just two years in the industry—and that, with her role in director Steven Soderbergh's 2009 film The Girlfriend Experience, Grey will be introduced to an even wider audience. Plus, Doc Johnson has significant experience developing products with and developing a promotional platform for adult industry icons, having created novelties for Jenna Jameson, the Vivid Girls, Belladonna, and Mr. Marcus.
"Sasha Grey has been generating a lot of buzz since her adult film debut," says Chad Braverman, the company's director of licensing and product development. "We're looking forward to developing cutting edge product for her growing fan base."
