LEXINGTON PARK, Md. - A southern Maryland couple has proven that it's all fun and games until someone loses a vagina.
A woman is recovering from the injuries she sustained after a sexual encounter with her partner and a homemade sex toy went horrifically awry.
The 27-year-old, whose name is not being released, was airlifted to Prince George's County Hospital on Sunday morning. According to reports, the couple had attached a sex toy to a saber saw blade, and the blade cut through the toy while in use.
The man who called 911 admitted to attaching the items and using them on the woman, the St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office told reporters.
According to TheBayNet.com, the injuries required major medical attention, but the woman has since been released from the hospital and is recovering.
Authorities questioned the woman, who said she consented to the act, and that she and her partner were trying something new.
No charges were filed against the couple. And no word yet on whether they are up for a Darwin award for Stupid Sex Tricks.
