YORKSHIRE, England – Sheffield-based adult store Private Shop is applying for permission to put up a window display featuring erotic outfits for sale.
Private Shop, which is located on Division Street, will have its application heard by Sheffield Council's Licensing Board.
The store’s license is held by parent company Darker Enterprises. Under city regulations, any window displays at sex shops have to be specifically licensed by the local authority.
No recommendations to the board have been made, aside from one urging the board to “consider the request and any representations made.”
