PACOIMA, Calif. - Fantasy Lingerie is reporting nearly 20 percent in sales growth compared to 2007, Sean Monahan, national sales manager for Fantasy Lingerie, told ANB. He attributed the volume of increase to both the expansion of the company's private label and custom programs as well as its expansion into sexy costumes.
"With up to five factories to source from, including one locally, as well as our in-house design and sampling capabilities, I've been focusing on creating and developing our custom programs and private label offerings for the past two years," he said. "The reaction has been tremendous."
Monahan credits the growth to offering a two-to-three day turnaround on samples as well as local production to fill last minute needs of customers.
"It has been a key ingredient to our success in this arena," he said. "Our expansion in the costumes has also contributed to our upswing this year and we're looking forward to seeing our customers do very well with their sell through Halloween. We're aiming to improve it even more in 2009."
