Pjur Recognized by Stiftung Warentest

MIAMI BEACH, Fla. — Stiftung Warentest, a leading consumer-safety group in Germany, has given Pjur Group’s Pjur Aqua lubricant its highest rating for mucous- membrane compatibility and microbiological quality.

The rating, given under Stiftung Warentest’s strict guidelines for product testing, is due to Pjur Group’s rigorous testing methods and high standards, according to Pjur Group CEO Alexander Giebel.

“Dermatological testing is well documented and a guarantee that Pjur personal products are suitable for daily use,” Giebel said. “Produced from the highest-quality ingredients, our products are a bit more expensive but much more efficient, thus economical, and, of course, safer for use.”

“Other Stiftung Warentest statistical data gathered have shown that personal lubricants have become more and more acceptable, used by all generations,” Pjur Group said. “For females, lubricants are often used for medical reasons to augment natural lubrication, which can become diminished after pregnancy, during times of stress, as well as during menopause.”

Richard Harris, CEO of Pjur Group USA, told AVN Novelty Business the company has a reputation for delivering the highest-quality products.

“Great test results, such as these from Stiftung Warentest, and our customers’ continuing loyalty only help to confirm this,” he said. “Pjur Aqua has excellent lubricating properties and is the best water-based lubricant available.”
